Elton Barrett

I started out learning guitar when I was 10 years old. I got my first banjo when I was 19. Growing up, I would play with my dad & grandpa on the front porch. I started performing at open mics & a couple shows around 2012, and started performing regularly in 2017 when I was part of the band Nightstand and the Lampshades.

I started traveling for work, and I began performing solo in 2020 just before the COVID lock down. Despite COVID, I continued to perform solo along the Mississippi Gulf Coast.

 

I have grown a lot since I've started, and the journey is still going. Come join me and let's see where it takes us next!
